Select a Tucker Sling based on your baby's weight.
It is important that you do
not order a Tucker Sling that is too small or too
large for your baby. If you do,
it will not fit properly. For example, a 12 to 14
pound baby will NOT fit properly in the CTMQ 500
which is sized for babies that weigh 16 to 24 pounds.
Tucker Slings come in sizes for babies from 3 to
30 pounds.
Custom sizes are available upon request. We can
make a sling to fit any mattress that can be elevated.
Required information: Patient weight, Distance in
inches from armpit to top of thigh, Width and Depth
of mattress. Time for delivery is 2 to 3 weeks.

Your baby can be placed on his/her back, side or
stomach with the Tucker Sling.

and your doctor prefer.

How Does a Sling
Work?
The top of the Sling snuggly fits over one end of
the crib or foam wedge like a fitted sheet or pillow
case. The bottom portion of the Sling fits the baby
much like a safety harness or parachute rigging
that goes between the baby's legs and wraps securely
around the torso. Fitted properly in the Sling,
the baby will not slide down the mattress when one
end of the mattress is raised to approximately 30
degrees.

Cribs
The Tucker Sling fits a standard crib mattress (27
inches wide by 4 ½ inches thick). You will
have to elevate one end of the mattress to approximately
30 degrees.

Foam Wedge
Dimensions are 26in (L) x 12in (H) x 24in (W).
If you can elevate one end of your standard crib
mattress to approximately 30 degrees, then you may
use a Sling for a standard crib mattress.

Sling &
Foam Wedge Combination
This product combination is designed to make your
baby portable for today's "on-the-go"
parents. The "Combo" can be placed anywhere
there is a safe and sturdy surface in your home,
office, or daycare. It fits in most "play and
pack" type of products. The Sling that fits
the foam wedge will not fit a standard crib mattress
nor will the Sling that is made to fit a standard
crib mattress work with the foam wedge.

Swaddle
Yes, a baby can be swaddled and secured in either
a crib style or foam wedge style sling.

Insurance
Tucker Designs does not currently have a department
to process health insurance claims for our customers.
However, many insurance companies reimburse for
The Tucker Sling. You need to check with your health
insurance company to find out the specifics of the
coverage that they provide for medical devices such
as The Tucker Sling and request a claims form from
the insurance company. Your health insurance company
may ask for the "HCPC codes" in order
to process a reimbursement claim. The HCPC codes
will be on your copy of the invoice.

Shipping
Depending on which product you choose we ship by
USPS or DHL. You will have a choice of shipping
by ground or air. Ground service will take 3 to
6 business days for delivery and air service will
take 2 to 3 business days for delivery. The delivery
time will be affected by a rural or major metro
address.
Orders generally will ship within 1 business day
of processing. Order processing is generally completed
within 1 business day of receipt.

Please note that delivery time is subject to the
ability of our couriers (DHL, UPS and USPS) to fulfill
their delivery schedule. Tucker Designs, Ltd. is
not liable for packages that were not delivered
on time because of mishaps or unavoidable delays

All orders are generally processed and shipped within
1-2 business days. In case the product you selected
is on backorder, you will receive immediate notification
and be given the option to remain on backorder.
All orders go thru an address verification system
in order to protect our customers and the company
against fraud. Therefore, we reserve the right to
cancel any orders that are suspected of being under
fraudulent activity.

Colors
The Slings are available in white, a neutral pattern
(primary colored hearts, a girl's pattern (generally
soft pastels), a boy's pattern (generally blue with
cars or similar).

Our product is a single patient, single use product
and cannot be returned for resale.
